BIOGRAPHY

Dedicated followers of alternative music have known about the Universal Congress Of (UCO) since 1987. Always ahead of time, the legendary L.A. band around the small and ugly (but tight) singer and guitarist Joe Baiza (Mike Watt, Saccharine Trust, Mecolodiacs) released their early records on the greasy SST label. UCO’s line up gathers together the sink of the Los Angeles musical underground.
